  Partial refund ( unsolicited ) was received with no explanatory information. I am assuming it was on the postal charge of £4 for a large letter. Accordingly I take the revised postal charge as reasonable. The wrapping and packaging was a credit to the individual responsible. The brochures/ booklets were very accurately portrayed in the item description, and overall represented good Vfm.

  These coasters are lovely and my only criticism is I cannot get any more, anywhere. Really pretty and excellent quality. Really substantial. Too nice to cover up really.
