Seller was on holiday when I ordered which was absolutely fine however on return they marked as dispatched and the item still didn’t arrive, message sent to seller, no reply, raised with them again for refund, again no reply, item arrived yesterday and was held at my sorting office as seller did not pay enough postage and I had to pay £1.50 to release it.Not happy.

The ordered product Cat food did not arrive, for which I am very sorry. If it is the supplier's fault, I recommend changing the courier company because EVRI cannot be tracked on the route. The big plus is that the money was returned and, what surprised me, I received compensation in the form of 1.5 kg of cat food. So the seller is reliable.
