    Item is as expected and was packed nicely, but it was sent ‘signed for’ - with modern tracking systems this is a totally unnecessary and huge inconvenience which just prevents my postie from using my secure location - I have no means of getting to the delivery office and my post comes mid afternoon so it meant having to rearrange delivery and take a day off work to receive it. Please rethink this policy and allow buyers to opt out of using ‘signed for’ services when they are a barrier to buying
