    I tried to cancel it minutes after ordering, they said it was too late a few days later. I didn’t realize they weren’t in the USA and it would take a lot longer to revive the item. Tracking was never sent and I never received the item. eBay gave a refund after a month.

    Item was never sent and buyer was aware. wanted to cancel 2 minutes after purchase. we simply couldn't cancel once the buyer made the request to cancel. had he send a message asking to cancel we could manually cancel the order and refund in seconds. next time read description first BEFORE buying. buyer asked to cancel because only after buying realized delivery was 2 weeks. this feedback makes no sense. there was never an order so to say.

    I cancelled an order due to a shipping date issue moments after i made a purchase. After no answer for 4 days they rejected my cancelation and said it was too late to cancel. But they had messaged me and said due to me requesting the cancellation they could not cancel.
