    Delivery was 3 days after ordering and was texted a 4hr delivery slot, it arrived later than the advertised time but was well informed. There was a mix up with the colour of my bed so was a bit disappointed, the seller was very responsive and would have been rectified had I had the time to do so. The bed itself is fabulous quality, solid and well made. Looks much more expensive than it cost and well worth the money paid. I am more than happy to recommend to friends and family. Brilliant seller.

    The Chesterfield sleigh bed is great it came fully wrapped with no damage, However the communication was zero no response to messages from the company I asked for the bed to be delivered two days after it came no response I also asked them a question about the bed no response you can see where this is going only thing is the item came undamaged well wrapped and early it's a shame they don't answer messages

    Great bed. Components well made, finished and packed. Looks really great. The base boards are marvellous. The Two delivery men were absolutely lovely and came within 5 minutes of their estimated arrival when they rang an hour before delivery. Initially my communications and their responses were good, however there was a serious deterioration in responses and answers which was a great shame. Possibly short staffed? Nevertheless, I would buy from the seller again, as excellent product.

    I am beyond happy with my purchase! This bed is absolutely beautiful, well made, fantastic quality! It arrived in perfect condition and very well wrapped. Value for money is brilliant. Delivery service was extremely good, friendly and helpful. We also had to change our delivery day which they did with no issues so very grateful for that! Would highly recommend this company and these beds to everyone. Easy installation too. Took my husband an hour and 15 mins to do he commented on the quality too

    The communication could of been better timings instead of so late but would get a reply to confirm the appointing and good for organ day off , my headboard arrived slight damaged and was offered some money back I didn’t receive, didn’t come with instructions when the drivers said it would , they offer to build it for £50 . It’s very stiff to use so far . Mattress is comfy
