  The Boyd’s Bear Miss Rose candle topper was packed to ensure it was not damaged. It was new, as described. I like to use a candle topper on a tart melter for display only for decorating events. This one makes a good addition to my summer decor. The seller provided excellent customer service. Post office tracking shows it was delivered on 9 July but it was actually 12 July.
