Seller: "While we acknowledge your preference for UPS, our internal analysis indicated that choosing UPS ground might have resulted in a delivery delay until Monday the 11th due to the weekend. To ensure you received your item on time, our team opted for the best available option." You order dinner. Want to receive something the seller (restaurant) decides you should eat instead?

We appreciate your feedback, We just wanted to comment that we delivered the item on March 9 as promised, you got the product that you ordered (dinner) at the time you wanted to get it, we just did not think it would make any difference which (waiter) bring what you ordered, while you saved $3 on the shipping which we refunded back to u you got your product on that promised date and saved $3 shipping with UPS would have led to item being delivered late which is something we did not want to do
