    Seller dispatched items in good time via post office who lost the goods. The seller kept me informed of the loss and offered to send a replacement or offer a refund l accepted a replacement that arrived promptly. The goods were as described and I would certainly recommend the seller to anyone buying from him in the future

    Item as Described, no problem with product, HOWEVER, Delivery 3 days by other courier is a myth. Unfortunately the item was very very slow to arrive as it came via HEATHROW CUSTOMS. Not sure if this is what the seller meant as located in LONDON? The parcel certainly spent some time there? , Package had been opened by customs and then resent after inspection.

However, disappointed with delivery - YODEL are dreadful at delivering on time - NO correspondence & items were in their possession for SIX days yet were delivered TWO days after due date !!     Awful seller - Yodel left package at main public enterance to block of flats, NOT delivered to my flat front door and actual delivery address. Seller just sends tracking info that shows item dumped at unsecure public enterance to whole block of flats. Seller hasn't issued refund for item not received, will pursue refund via Ebays payment protection scheme.
