  I purchased an item and due to its tiny size and light weight I inadvertently threw it in the bin on receipt, complained to eBay and messaged Dave. When Dave said they were small (although I had checked the bin) I had a thorough rummage and found them. I am rather embarrassed and have apologised. The item is lovely, as described and well packaged. My other half loves his gift. Dave was very professional and helpful - totally my fault and would like to highly recommend this seller.
