    Sent back immediately after description was changed from "natural turquois" to "synthetic turquoise", which I didn't want. Then claimed it never said that after reading it right there in the listing after ordering. Couldn't trust them. Was sent right back with their label & tracking. Was supposed to be refunded by May 10. Not! May 25th I had to open a case to get my money back. Shady sellers. Watch out. Don't trust!

    17 days to receive, left it online to sell. Seller was out of town when I bought the ring. He let me know, he would ship when he got back which took another 10 days to receive.
