  When I received this knitting set, it arrived with no needles. So I wrote to inform that I needed them for Saturday as I'm teaching my granddaughter to knit. I got a response, within the hour from Liam, apologizing and telling me he'd put a replacement set in the post. We've just got in from lunch to find a beautiful set of knitting needles, (in purple, Addison's favourite colour) in the letter box. Now that's what I call service. So so pleased.
