    Recently i order ebike from diff.company but turns out there is a problem with rare tyre and customer service is aweful no communicationat at all,i also shoulder 100£ to return the unit and upon browsing this cought my attention for this ebike. The customer service here is outstanding, reply Immediately and sort the problem quickly.     Super Service!. Versand schneller als angegeben! Fahrrad wie beschrieben geliefert über DPD. Leider wurde das Paket beschädigt von einem unfreundlichen DPD Fahrer angeliefert! Eine Rückerstattung durch die Beschädigung des Transport war einfach klasse und angemessen, dafür vielen Dank! Ich kann den Verkäufer und seinen Support nur empfehlen!

Am selben Tag hat Cindy geantwortet. Sie hat noch 2 - Räder am Lager in Polen und würde diese morgen versenden. Hat prima geklappt und wir können die Fahrräder mit in den Urlaub nehmen.     Habe 2 ebikes gekauft und Hammer zufrieden. Die Bikes kamen super schnell und super verpackt an. Beim Aufbau keine Probleme,habe mit dem Verkäufer über Schaltung und Bremsen Einstellungen geschrieben. Muss sagen die Frau im Büro (Cindy) sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, alle Infos Klasse erklärt sogar ich als Laie habe es verstanden. Die Bikes laufen super so macht Einkaufen Spaß. Dankeschön an dem Verkäufer und jederzeit gerne wieder 😉✌️

    Ware wie beschrieben, sehr schnelle Lieferung mit DPD aus Polen mit fast minutengenauer Sendungsverfolgung ohne endloses Warten. Sehr schönes E-Bike in guter Verarbeitung und perfekter Verpackung. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die sehr filigrane (sprich extrem dünne) Kurbelgarnitur und die Plastikpedale. Trotzdem zu empfehlen.     Hallo Cindy, wirklich sehr schönes, Fahrad, super verpackt und schneller Versand, ein kleiner Tip, in Deutschland darf nicht jeder den Daumengashebel benutzen, kein Problem, kann man abmontieren, aber es fehlt eine Abdeckung um den Steckkontakt gegen Feuchtigkeit zu schützen, sonst wirklich alles perfekt, nur zu empfehlen, Danke Gruß Stefan
