    Unfortunately one of the batteries was faulty I contacted the company and explained the problem. Within a short time I had a reply asking me do I want a refund or a replacement. I decided a replacement would be better within a couple of days I received the new batteries. I did thank them for the service and replacement.

This is the SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED I have been a customer of EBay since 2016, Package was NOT delivered despite what the courier reported This is the second time this has happened None of my other eBay purchases go astray So can I please have refund or I suggest you get an other courier !
