  I attempted to reach the seller twice to voice my concerns about the product he sold me. The product arrived damaged due to his negligence. I purchased an 8x10 photo and he shipped it in a manilla envelope with no protection to prevent the photo from bending. There was also a small cut in the left center side of the picture. I requested a full refund and he has not replied. Extremely poor customer service and even worse package prep.
