  One of the three items was broken during shipment and there was a lot of back-and-forth- too much such that I had to contact eBay. Ultimately, I was partially reimbursed for less than 1/3 of the full price and I would not be bullied into returning the other two, which I wanted to keep. Admittedly, the two remaining items were in excellent condition, and reasonably priced and shipped in a timely manner..

  She wasn't bullied. I offered to completely refund her upon return of the items. No matter how I tried to accommodate she didn't want to part with the two that weren't broken during shipment. Argumentative and wanted something for nothing. BEFORE HER INITIAL PURCHASE I even lowered the price as she requested. I should've insisted on a complete return instead of trying to work it out. Hard headed buyer!
