    Item arrived quickly and safely, all well packaged. There was a minor defect with the brush where by a couple of the tufts of bristles were longer than the rest. I notified the vendor and they immediately offered a refund because they had sold out of them. This fault was not noticeable in the packaging so it wouldnt have been aware of it when they despatched it. I highly recommend this vendor because of the professional way they handled the issue.
