I ended up very happy with my experience and purchase. I had an issue with my original item where it had been lost or intercepted in the mail and I recieved an empty box, and the seller went out of their way to send out another item, matching the exact same specification, with next day delivery. They ensured that the order was fufilled and I really appreciate that.

Great seller. Accurate description of item, great price and fast dispatch. Only negative was with Parcel Force delivery, which was 1.5 hrs late than they stated and package looked battered. Luckily the seller had packaged up the macbook pro with a cushioned air bag so was ok.

Item sold at a fair price & arrived as described. However, courier was delayed beyond the stated delivery time & I messesged the seller, firstly to report this & then again when the item finally arrived. I had no response to either of my approaches. Finally I purchased the item from a seller named kass tech, but have been asked to provide feedback on the correct item but sold by ddbargains11 whom I’ve had no dealings with! Not sure if this is an issue or not but thought it worth mentioning.
