He then demonstrated each function of the cooker. Said he would return to collect my old cooker (for possible refurbishment), but he didn’t come back. Please please please, just tell me you won’t be back. I won’t be offended, and it just lets me get on with disposing of it elsewhere. It added a little sour note to an otherwise excellent experience. *New cooker is superb though. No complaints there.*

The cooker itself is absolutely spotless and faultless (you would think it's brand new!). It was perfectly fitted and the seller helped us to source the LPG conversion kit needed. Communication with the seller was excellent - they were really helpful with my questions before I bought and kept me informed regarding delivery. Delivery was so fast! I ordered on Thursday and they delivered and installed on Monday! The cooker itself is exactly as described and has been refurbished to a really high standard. Really great company - I would recommend to anyone!
