  AVOID THIS SELLER. I ordered two new oven trays, they sent one dirty, rusty oven tray. They told ebay they had sent me a return label, but no label came. They asked for photos which I sent, and I have heard nothing since. Save yourself a lot of hassle and buy from elsewhere. Complete rip off. This con artist should be removed from ebay.

  The seller's first package was lost by the courier (Amazon). The seller notified me and quickly sent replacements via a different courier (Evri). The second package arrived promptly, but I am very lucky that they weren't damaged. The cardboard wrapping was bursting open almost the entire length of the poles with tape in two places to keep it from falling apart completely. With both a lost parcel and poor packaging. the seller might want to re-assess its distribution methods.
