  The seller's first package was lost by the courier (Amazon). The seller notified me and quickly sent replacements via a different courier (Evri). The second package arrived promptly, but I am very lucky that they weren't damaged. The cardboard wrapping was bursting open almost the entire length of the poles with tape in two places to keep it from falling apart completely. With both a lost parcel and poor packaging. the seller might want to re-assess its distribution methods.

  Arrived within the time frame quoted, and although being well packaged and secure the parcel was crumpled and a bit out of shape, (nothing to do with the supplier), however the item inside was in perfect condition. I have not used it yet as it is to hot to do gardening at the moment.
