  I asked the seller at 7.26am on the 31st July (only a few hours after I’d purchased this) to cancel the sale as I had discovered that the item was too small. Despite responding to ask me what size I wanted - so clearly not dispatched the item since it was a mere few hours since the purchase, he ignored my request and sent it anyway. If a refund is not issued then both eBay and PayPal will be receiving a dispute complaint. Don’t buy from them. Ridiculous people.

  Clearly shows full keyboard details. When asked to send missing keyboard, seller pretends it is a mistake and no keyboard is included. Time wasted as still had to get what was described.

  Arrived nicely packaged. Lovely looking machine and at a great price. Default temp only goes to 90 so need to change it to 100 but can't get it to stay there when dispensing water. Sure I am just being dumb and will work it out eventually. Not great instructions. Good genuine seller. A+++++
