   I ordered from the seller, when shipped, they sent it in a box that was not strong enough to hold the 5 pound item. So the box broke in transit, UPS delivered it in a plastic bag because it was leaking. It was shampoo, spilled all over my patio. I reached out to seller to make it right and they never replied, so after 4 attempts, and 1 week I had to put in charge back with credit card company. They could have avoided bad review by making it right.
