  Description says it comes with 3 screen sizes, which is the reason I bought it. It comes with one, non-removable screen they install when made. When asked where the other two were, they replied by questioning if I knew how to work the grinder instead of actually answering my question. I couldn't get to the post office with my work schedule to return the item so I'm stuck with it.

  We take product descriptions and customer support seriously. This review is completely inaccurate! We replied promptly and clearly explained how to find the extra screens inside the unit. At no point did we question their ability to use the grinder — we simply tried to assist. It’s disappointing to receive a false review, especially when we made every effort to help and the product was exactly as described. We reserve the right to provide proof of communication if needed.
