  Battery never arrived. Order cancelled. Battery reliably ordered via Duracell Direct. Next day I received emails (1) confirming payment processed (2) packaged & dispatched (3) copy of in invoice (4) DHL message with tracking info The DHL tracking info already showed the location in London dispatch depot!

  Dear Gareth, I am truly sorry that your battery didn't get to you. Unfortunately it got blocked in your customs by Royal Mail. DHL never had your package, so this may to do with a different order. A refund has been processed already, I wish there was more we could do to make things right. Please note it may still get to you if it is released by customs. Best regards, Sam
