    Item arrived 5 days late, poorly packaged, with bent metal bars that don’t connect properly. I contacted the seller, who replied, “Bent metal doesn’t mean it’s broken,” admitting the damage but denying responsibility. (Check images)Based on their reviews, I expected better, but this was a very disappointing experience. Item was definitely not as described. I would strongly advise others to avoid this seller.

    dear customer we are happy to refund you your money if you are not happy with the item please send the item back to us so we could process your refund. i have checked the item and its the shape of the legs of the lamp hence these looks curved this is not a defect on the item it is just as the item comes when you fit it in shape these metal strips will get the angle required.

    The sellers communication is awful. Marked the item as shipped then messaged to say they have lost the item in their warehouse. Did I want another version in a different colour. I’ve declined this and asked to be refunded and now I’m being ignored. I would avoid this seller at all costs.
