  I do not blame the seller for the time it took me to get my item. I blame the USPS. Seller took the item to the post office right away. Item is as described. Why does it take 3 days to ship an 8.5 x 11 envelope a distance of 60 miles from hillsborough county to hernando county florida? I guess because at least 3 overpaid union government employees had to touch it to get paid. Maybe this is why President Trump wants to clean out government waste.
