  Flowers were bend around and flattened in a plastic bag. Resulting in damaged condition. Leaves are broken. Flowers are flattened. These items are 80cm long and should have been packed in a long suitable box. Seller has refunded 50% for which I am grateful but the flowers are beyond recovery. Seller has added a note stating the items are shipped bent around in a plastic bag. These flowers are delicate and would be far better shipped in a box for protection.

I have taken your comments on board and upgraded the packaging for future orders, using long, protective boxes to ensure that delicate items arrive safely.
