  A discount was showing so I made an offer when I went to pay the discount was gone and regular price is what I paid. I have it set up to pay right then so I had no choice to question . I was going to pay anyway but the seller canceled the order after he got my feedback about it by contacting him. But the part that was really wrong was that he stated in the cancelation that I canceled the order , NOT TRUE, he canceled the order after I had paid and then sent me a refund .I reached out no respons

  Customer wanted a store wide 10% off discount to apply to the offer amount I sent after the sale. eBay doesn't work like that. And the customer stated shipping was too high so yes I canceled the order. The cancelation reason is an eBay drop down menu. Had to pick something.
