Order placed on October 13. Tracking never showed movement on my end. When seller was contacted on November 6, the response was to blame eBay’s tracking and advise me to wait a few more days. Item never arrived and eBay refunded me around November 13. Too bad because the listing photograph of the item looks very cute. Seller never offered to resend the item and was curt and indifferent.

Oh, if I only had control over USPS and eBay shipping!!! Sellers ,unfortunately, DO NOT! We see the same tracking info the buyers do. To blame a seller due to tracking/shipping issues is, well, ridiculous. If this buyer had been more understanding about shipping issues or requested a refund/replacement, I would have obliged, but he was accusatory and wanted to know where his item was. Sellers never know this information, we know what you know, which isn't much as eBay tracking is horrible.
