  Good service: item as described and securely packaged. Had no post for several days, and this packed arrived a day or so after the end of the delivery period, - but, most likely due to Royal Mail not delivering it on time. Some of this vermiculite has been put into use to replaced lost / damaged coal-base, but I still have some to spare for future use. It works well.

  What a service, fire was great quality and as described , fitted perfect , unfortunately 1 leg had broken on grate which was damaged in transport , contacted them and a new replacement sent out the next day , really impressed ,amazing product, fast delivery and great service , great contact , overall a credit to eBay and themselves would recommend to anyone , five stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 for me , very happy customer. :)
