Excellent Communication. Product appears of high quality and that it should most importantly last considering the price. Time will tell. Went on seemingly smooth and as long as measured correctly should work with any garage door. One consideration that the manufacturer may factor in is when the required dimensions are over a certain with (mine was 15 ft by 7 ft roughly) is that perhaps an extra two sets of attachments points on the tope and bottom to keep it flatter.
