    Item ordered (color) was not item received. A note was in the package saying my color choice wasn’t available so an alternate colored item was sent. I reached out and was told I could get my money back once the wrong colored item was returned. A shipping label was provided. I decided to keep the item for fear I wouldn’t get refunded once I shipped it back. I feel I should have been contacted, given an explanation, and then an option to be sent the alternate or get refunded.
