Items were well packed and description was good. I was very disappointed in the lack of communication from this seller. No proactive communication at all. I had to contact them, and they did not send it when they told me they would (which was already a couple of days after I paid for my items), which I may have understood, but they didn't tell me. I had to contact them again! I paid a lot for shipping, so to get my package so late was disappointing.

1. at the time of purchase, you didn't inform me it was a gift 2. plates were shipped and delivered within time frame stated on listing 3. plates were shipped later intended (still within 3 working days) due to snow storms, check weather.com 4. you are blocked from purchasing any of my listings. 5. shipping has gone up and, oddly, nobody contacted for my approval, so there's that. 6. you're a pill, I wouldn't wish you on other buyers.
