  I received the item as described, well packaged in two boxes, unfortunately I realised the system would not work in my kitchen when I opened the box and retrieved the instructions and I had to return the item.   I ordered this product so that I could move furniture prior to work starting. I paid the price and waited for the 3 to 5 day delivery, after 3 days I was contacted and asked if I wanted to buy something different. This put delivery past the time I needed it and my plans were asunder, a completely unprofessional approach. I have asked for and am in the process of being refunded.
