    I received the item as described, well packaged in two boxes, unfortunately I realised the system would not work in my kitchen when I opened the box and retrieved the instructions and I had to return the item. The seller was fantastic and I returned the item next day delivery via Evri and the refund was issued quickly. Great communication throughout the process. Thank you.

    The seller advertise items that they do not have. They take your money and 4 days later say the item was damaged in shipping. They just take people's money to make better credit for them! Simple scam people. Do not trust this seller. Avoid if you do not want to waste time. Reported to ebay and hopefully they loose the account and get banned from doing such horrid stuff to their customers..

    This seller is full of excuses. Insists order has been delivered however the proof of delivery is not my delivery point sent pictures to them. Took my money and then told me out of stock so I made a compromise and changed the order and still nothing. Refused to give a refund so now out of pocket of £675 and still NO PRODUCTS. AVOID AT ALL COST
