  Wrong size received overhangs phone was asked to send photo of glass which did then still refused to sort now asking for something else they not even sent me so still delaying sorting been ages now sent photos showing does not fit but will not sort. No customer service. I was a regular customer won’t be anymore.

  The item that I ordered didn’t appear to exist so the one they sent me was wrong , I sent it back by Royal Mail as their instructions . They claim it was not received and therefore will not issue a refund. I have given them ample time to rectify this problem but to no avail , it was only a small amount but on principle I’m giving them a negative feedback. I will not be dealing with this company again. The item description is not applicable.

  As described. Mark as Royal Mail Tracked48 when arrived was class 2. When as for tacking, not received just info when sent. Shame that doesn't say truly.

  Refunded after chasing numerous times. Item did not make it to me. Obviously missing I the post. I would have paid more for a tracker delivery but not all sellers offer this service. Was not a straight forward refund. Had to chase very often.
