Excellent communication then the specialist delivery guy did exactly what call handler said they would.     Lied about dispatch date, actually dispatched 4 days after claiming they had. Couldn't deliver on time and expected me to be fine with an extra weeks delay. Asked to cancel and refund, tried to claim it was non refundable in contrast to their own invoice saying refunds acceptable. Then claimed 'special order' when one they listed. Sleazy attempts to deny my consumer rights. Ebay stepped in refunded. Avoid at all costs... untrustworthy.
