  Extremely disappointing experience. The item wasn’t shipped for over a week with no communication. I reached out multiple times via eBay — no response at all. When I requested to cancel due to the delay, the seller refused without explanation. Poor service, no updates, and zero accountability. I wouldn’t recommend this seller — expect delays, silence, and uncooperative behavior if anything goes wrong.

  Fantastic Seller! Had a small bump with original order seller contacted me immediately and notified me the item was out of stock and refunded on the same day and offered another pair at a discount which I accepted. This is what truly what customer service was meant to be. The other pair arrived today and I could not be Happier so much so I am ordering another pair tomorrow!
