    The seller substituted different glasses than what I ordered and paid for. I am so disappointed in this seller. I ordered 5 red glasses with the ball stem as described and pictured. I was sent a similar red glass but had a clear stem. I am out $68.00 with glasses I don't need or want. I am so disappointed.

    We’re disappointed by this unfair review. We responded immediately and offered to make it right, but the buyer never replied. No items were "substituted"—there was a misunderstanding in the description about stem color, which we acknowledged. We've run an honest small business on eBay for 4 years. This behavior has been reported to eBay. We stand by our integrity and will continue to serve our customers honestly.
