Items as expected, fast dispatch, very pleased with the seller. Let down by poor Yodel delivery. Tracker said out for delivery Wednesday, then returned to depot, out for delivery Friday, delivered to the wrong address. Just left on the doorstep. Luckily my neighbour recognised my name.

Unable to click on negative. I have already contacted the seller three times about the tricks being played. My complaint wouldn't stand up in court because the seller does say one pad on order. Thing is the ad says two together in the pic. It also refers to the order in plural ! I had to order another which took nearly three weeks to get here. A most highly unrecommended supplier/seller. Read the comments to the end to see what I mean. I missed it and was tricked because of it !!

Misleading product and confusing listing. The pictures and title suggest it’s an umbrella, but it’s just a sheet — definitely not what was expected. Buyers should read carefully, as the description is unclear and the seller doesn’t communicate well. I requested a refund and return. The product also arrived in a small plastic bag and had holes, which is unacceptable. Very disappointing overall.

Ordered these and waited the entire delivery time of 15 days but never received the item. Due to be refunded and will then buy again elsewhere hoping for successful delivery. Great seller communication just a shame no-one seems to have the package!
