    Worst eBay transaction I’ve ever had that wasn’t outright fraud. The boxed set was not described as incomplete but was missing everything except the record and the outside box. Seller agreed to the return but ceased communion for weeks. eBay finally intervened, but what neither the seller nor eBay acknowledges is that even a full refund does not compensate for the lost time sending messages, talking to customer service, printing the label, packing the item and delivering it to the carrier.
