(see photos) The seller was terribly uncooperative, difficult to deal with and refused the return/refund claiming the item was brand new even though the photos clearly show a used item. It took many days of messaging and eventually explaining to the seller that either he could accept the return or allow eBay to handle it. I hate to leave negative feedback but this was much more than a simple misunderstanding, it was deceit.

I was sent a pink iPod instead of a product RED iPod. For collectors this is a big deal. I do not recommend this seller based on my experience. See the photos and original listing.
