    Unfortunately my parcel delivered by Royal Mail was delivered to the wrong house. The seller and I could tell from the photograph that that was the case! The seller has refunded the purchase price while dealing with Royal Mail. Reviews are positive recommendations about products and services. But it is good to know that when something goes wrong that a seller is good customer services professional and puts it right immediately! Hopefully Royal Mail will be as fair to her!
