The received item was not described accurately. Instead of 25 pieces at 72 inches in length, I received 50 pieces at 36 inches. For my particular application, this was of no consequence, but for other eBayers this may be a disappointing development. Otherwise, this was a most satisfactory transaction for me. From time to time, mistakes happen. When the seller owns up to the error and rectifies it, that s an indication of a seller who wants to please the customer. There was a problem with my order. I brought it to his attention and he quickly took care of it and followed up with me to let me know a replacement was on the way. All is good.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a detailed feedback. We stand behind every single one of our products! So sorry that the three follow up pieces were scratched. All of our acrylic comes with masking so I can only imagine that the pieces were jostled during transit & this caused small scratches on the backing. We would have loved being able to have the opportunity to fix the issue prior to receiving a neutral feedback, But of course we will get three new disks on their way!
