  I tried this adadpter out as soon as I recieved it. It works perfectly with my ferrex 20/40 battery. It was delivered by Royal Mail in the morning 7th August 2025 thank you very much will use again highly recommended good service.

  Great communication and understanding from this seller when I had an issue with this adapter. Unfortunately this adapter wont fit the newer 4 pin Genuine Worx batteries with the power capacity indicator lights. The seller took on board my comments, refunded my money and has assured me they will relay the problem to the manufacturer for their attention. I suggest to anyone who finds an issue with their purchase to contact the company first to give them a chance to rectify the problem.

  my item arrived on time but the engaging mechanisms aren't really working. one of them is too tight and the other is loose. i have raised this problem with seller and got refunded. much appreciated! decent shop to deal with.
