    Arrived very quickly. Good seller. Courier (Evri) just pushed parcel through metal railings alongside our building. Its a very populous area with lots of pedestrian through traffic and anyone could have reached through and taken the parcel. Not very good - but this in no way reflects on the seller or the product, both of which I am very pleased with.

    Lovely company to deal with. Sadly trying to help my son out, I ordered a wireless system for his guitar. Sadly I ordered from Demu but ordered 'bass' guitar which were the wrong ones. I contacted demu within a short while but they had been dispatched. Demu Gears were utterly brilliant, they told me to 'refuse' the item and they will reimburse me in due course. I could not ask for better service. The delivery was superb.Cannot thank them enough.

    Item as described and I am pleased with it but it took Evri 7 days to deliver the item when it was stated it would be delivered in a couple of days from purchase. Its not your fault as you sent it straight away but I would consider a different courier as Evri are terrible for this.

    There was a delivery problem with this order for 2, promptly identified by the seller that was clearly not the sellers fault, it was down to a delivery issue. The seller worked hard to solve the issue and in the end I got the full order 3 days ahead of promised date. First class seller, communication superb, I cannot fault this seller in the face of adversity who strove to provide excellent customer support, and scored 5 stars process.
