I was handed mid 2012 MacBook Air by a family member stuck at a white screen with the ask "can you fix it?". After trying all the usual combinations of NVRAM reset and attempting recovery it quickly became apparent the factory SSD was toast. So I took it away and ordered this 512GB replacement - the seller even contacted me to check I had the right machine because the SSD was specific to the device (nice customer care right there !). They shipped the next day and safe to say it's in and rebuilt.
