We originally ordered five boxes of the Entfoam. We received a message that there were only two boxes available and that we would get a refund for the remaining three. We still got fully charged for all boxes and were told the additional three items were shipped and already delivered. This is not true. I even requested a new tracking number for the new shipment that never arrived, and this message was ignored. This appears to be a scam as I am not able to be refunded after messaging the seller.
