    Even though i purchased this phone from another seller I am happy with the communication from this seller. Great product from India. beautiful phone, perfectly sealed package in perfect condition. Paid almost $200 less than if i got this phone from an American seller. DHL delivered this half way around the world in like 4 days.

    Phone is everything it's advertised. Seller has quick turnaround on sales and ensures devices delivered early or on time. Packaging was a little less quality, box arrived a little beat up phone was fine. Price point definitely netted them a profit, phone was marked up beyond necessary levels. That being said they were matching pretty much everyone else's price. As an avid One Plus fan $2,100 was a lot. Second note the phone uses a SIM card and is not an ESim device.

    The wait for initial shipment was a bit long (but within seller provided timeframe). Once it shipped out it arrived sooner than I expected. The box was unopened, which means it's 100% new phone. The seller provided an adapter for US plug, which was quite thoughtful. Overall I like this purchase despite so many uncertainties on tariff and international trading.

    Took my money item never arrived. The. A fake/invalid ups tracking number was provided. Kept assuring me the item was only delayed. First it was the 8/20/25 then 8/26/25 then don’t worry it just a slight delay. Never provide a real tracking number. eBay wanted us to wait again until another week. I asked for my refund both eBay and the seller would not process a refund. I ultimately disputed the charge via my credit card. Do not use this seller
