  I deeply appreciate how honest the seller was in writing down the laptop's specifications and blemishes. The images and descriptions were accurate and detailed. (So detailed, in fact, that I couldn't even find all the tiny blemishes!) The packaging was excellent and the device itself was perfect. The price was reasonable and shipping was fast. I had some difficulties setting up the laptop, and the seller patiently took the time to help me resolve my questions. I cannot recommend them enough!

  I was a little leery after seeing the pictures. The seller was very honest about the flaws, it was actually in much better shape than depicted and cleaned up very nicely. I would definitely do business with this seller again. The item came professionally packaged in a box with plenty of packing to protect the contents. Shipping was very quick and right on time.   The item came exactly as described. The items was EXTREMELY well packed. Bonus points for this. Shipping took 1 day longer than the maximum estimated. This was a small disappointment since it I am only 100 km away. yet it took 8 days to arrive to me. I had asked the seller a question regarding the item (could I swap one part for another). This was never responded to. This was not a big deal, but I would have liked a response.

It runs much faster than my previous computer and came with a fresh activated copy of Win 10 pro installed which is working perfectly.
