    I specifically contacted the seller before purchasing to confirm that the birdhouse pole was 2 inches, as advertised. She assured me that it was. Upon receiving the item, it was only 1 1/4 inches, far smaller and unusable for my needs. After reaching out, the seller admitted she had made an error and promised to provide a return label. That was two weeks ago, and despite follow-ups, I have yet to receive the label or any response.

    Rather disappointed when I checked with seller before buying them and then it dragged out and the seller couldn't fill order and ship it a timely manner. Instead ended up refunding. Apparently never had item to begin with and then had issues getting a reply on any progress. Don't care to leave a comment like this but rather not get lead on and just have an honest response.

    Item was claimed to have been lost in transit. I don't believe that, because in 30 years of buying on eBay, that has never happened for any of my purchases. What I believe is the Seller never had it in stock, so used that reason to protect their credibility. Also, the eBay system sent me an email that it was DELIVERED (which it was not) and that same email indicated my payment would be refunded (which it eventually was).
